Evolve MMA is home to the first and only Renzo Gracie Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu affiliate program in Asia. Our program is led by the largest and most accomplished BJJ instructor team, which is made up of authentic Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu World Champions from Brazil. Expect to receive world class instruction in a safe environment when you train at Evolve MMA.
The Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes at Evolve MMA are divided according to belt level. Beginner students will start in one of our white and blue belt classes, which place an emphasis on mastery of the most basic BJJ techniques. Higher level students will have access to purple belt classes and black belt classes. Students will learn chokehold and joint lock submissions, as well as positional techniques and ground control. The objective of your BJJ training should be to obtain complete mastery of ground control and submissions.
We offer Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes multiple times a day, 7 days a week. We also offer special sparring classes, which allow students to test their development in live rolling situations.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu For Beginners
At Evolve Vacation, our beginner program is designed to give students a strong foundation through solid fundamentals. It will help students pick up self-defense, as well as improve their mental focus, cardiovascular endurance, balance, flexibility, strength, and coordination.
Designed primarily for white and blue belt students, including complete beginners, the beginner program at Evolve Vacation teaches students fundamental techniques carefully chosen by our World Champion instructors that can be applied throughout the rest of their Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu journey. The beginner program will provide students with a solid foundation of technique, strength, and conditioning to build upon as they advance through the ranks.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu For Intermediate Students
Evolve Vacation’s Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for intermediate students, also known as the Purple Class, builds upon the solid foundation developed through our beginner program. This program focuses on an in-depth exploration of the art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and is designed for students with a 3 stripe white belt or higher.
Carefully planned by our World Champion instructors, the objective of this program is to further develop students’ skills to progress towards the ultimate goal of earning a BJJ Black Belt. During these training sessions, students will be exposed to more advanced techniques as well as live training sessions or sparring. Hence, creating a challenging yet exciting environment for students to further progress in their Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu journey.
These training sessions are perfect for any student who is serious about competition and determined to achieve the goal of earning a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu For Advanced Students
For advanced Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu students, the World Champions at Evolve Vacation have developed a program designed to refine and add to their games, taking them to the next level. Also known as the Black Class, these training sessions are for students with a 2 stripe blue belt or higher.
The advanced program predominantly comprises of situational training and extended sparring. During the training sessions, the World Champion instructors will demonstrate and teach students the high level intricacies and details to master all aspects of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Our World Champion instructors will draw upon their vast experience to help students prepare for self-defense situations or strategize for competitions.
These training sessions are ideal for dedicated practitioners who are looking for advanced level training to raise their game.
