With $200/week:
Transport: You’d need to set aside $50 for a Singapore Tourist Pass, which is basically a transport card that gives you unlimited access to public transport. Do note that this is only valid for public buses, MRT and LRT trains. More information available here.
Meals: Singapore’s cheapest food can be found at hawker centres such as Maxwell Food Centre, Bedok 85, Newton Circus Food Centre, and Chomp Chomp Food Centre, among others. At just $105 for the entire week, you can have 3 hawker meals a day, for 7 days.
Activities: The best part about Singapore is that there are heaps of fun activities you can engage in without spending a bomb. With only $45, you can stay cool at Wild Wild Wet (admission fee: $20 for off peak / $24 for peak), Singapore’s largest water theme park; and admire some modern Southeast Asian art exhibits at the National Gallery Singapore (admission fee: $20). Apart form that, pick any 5 (or more!) of these free activities and you’ll be set for the week!
